My progress

	I am very new to the Internet and just found some websites that will help me. First I researched some things about spyware and adware to help me stay protected. I know how important that is. I am using No Adware software and on their blog their are quite good information about spyware removers. All in all I hope to start establishing myself as the best lol Mike Micoud
